Assignment
This assignment asked me to pre-visualise a landscape scene and then capture it every month for a year.
Result
The contact page below shows the result of my images. These are taken from the top of my garden. When I moved to where I live, which is in the countryside, one of the things that I noticed the most was that the seasons are far more impactful than they are in a city. I wanted to capture these changes in my own space.
Initial attempts at capturing these images made me realise the importance of precision. The first images captured were not framed exactly the same. I realised that I needed to record exactly the settings on my camera, on my tripod, and exactly where my tripod was placed.
Having done this, I was then able to capture 12 images that are reasonably the same. If one chooses to flick between them, even now it is possible to see slight differences but overall I am pleased that the images are alike enough not to be noticeable.
